When I first introduced these acrylics in gallery frames people tried to open them, and I was constantly saying "no, it's not a box!" So, now it's called a "Not-a-box" paintings. They are all original acrylics, and though sheep are a frequent theme, each one is different.

I enjoy patterning the moose—I guess his colour doesn't much resemble the moose in Algonquin Park! And the sheep can jump over the moon—can't they? 

Crows and ravens are such comic characters with attitude galore.
